Painter needed. 10yrs minimum experience. (Coral Gables) compensation: $15-25 depending on experience I’m looking for an experienced painter. I am finishing a renovation project so there are a lot of small projects to do around the house. Minor touch ups, painting a few doors, some moldings and walls. Refinishing the wood stairs. Sanding and prep work is needed. Also have some Sheetrock repairs but those can be done by someone else if needed. Duties: Paint prep Cleaning Sanding Staining Painting Power washing Moving furniture Minor Sheetrock (mud if possible) This is a short term gig. 2 weeks-+/- YOU MUST SPEAK ENGLISH and a NON SMOKER You need to be neat meaning plastic and or drop cloths needed. JOB WILL START IMMEDIATELY
