5:30 p.m.: Doors open 7-9 p.m.: Trivia Bowl Early bird registrationRegister by Oct. 13 to get the early bird rate! Team registration rises to $125 on Oct. 14. NOTE: Five people to a team. Any teams with more than five members will be docked points per extra player at the beginning of trivia. Help us raise money for journalism internships, scholarships and grantsProceeds from this year’s Trivia Bowl will benefit AAJA Minnesota’s scholarship, grant and internship programs. The amount fundraised will also reflect toward the fundraising goal of the Star Tribune’s Frank Bi to benefit AAJA Minnesota as he runs the TCS New York City Marathon in November on Team AAJA. Team AAJA AAJA is an official charity partner of the TCS New York City Marathon for the first time in 2022. Seven AAJA members representing five AAJA chapters (Minnesota, Hawaii, New York, Washington D.C. and Los Angeles) are fundraising for AAJA ahead of running the world’s most premier marathon on Nov. 6. Team AAJA is looking to raise more than $35,000 as part of its fundraising efforts to support local AAJA programs, scholarships and initiatives.
