This November, Chef Patti and registered dietitian, Kelly Lawler, are adding a twist to your typical risotto by making it with the whole grain, farro. This mushroom and sundried tomato risotto is the perfect recipe for fall! Chef Patti will also be showing us how to perfectly sear scallops to top off this delicious recipe. This Teaching Kitchen will be held onsite at the Optum Cafe.
