We invite you to step into the shadows and embrace them with the deepest of reverence for the strength and commitment that you have held within your vessel to be the person you are today!This is a WOMENS ONLY event, so that all feel confident and comfortable in their skin and held in the loving tenderness of Sisterhood. We ask that all attendees, to wear something they are comfortable getting wet in, as we will be holding space for ICE bath plunges to stimulate the endocrine system, intentional breathing, and rejuvenation of the cells. While in the Ice tubs there will be shamanic drumming and sound alchemy activations, by all those that choose to gather in support.Hape' will be administered by our Columbian Shamans as a way to declutter the Mind and ground into the Body. Hape'/Rape' is a Tabaco snuff that is used in many South American cultures in traditional ceremony to prepare the mind and body for the deep ancestral awakening of timeless wisdom and embodying of the Soul.Ceremonial Cacao will be served at the end to bring everyone back into the heart space to integrate all the SENSATIONAL awaking that your body will be moving through in the evening.
