Saturday, October 22 at The University of the South, Sewanee10:00 AM - 12:00PM CT: Mike McLain, Regional Manager of King Arthur Baking Company will be bringing us into the present context, discussing how grain is moved from field to mill to plate. 12:00 - 1:30PM CT: Calling all farmers, bakers, brewers, and millers in the region!
