About this event Ring in the holiday season with a festive walk-through of Jean Stoffer Design's most recent passion project, The Slow Flip. Not only will this event inspire you, but it is an early look into one of the many homes that will be featured on the new Season 2 of The Established Home on Magnolia Network and Discovery+ that will be premiering in early 2023. The Georgian Colonial was built in 1931 with impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail. 90 years later, Jean Stoffer has completed a full remodel of the classic home. Enjoy touring a modernized floor plan, a beautiful new kitchen, four new bathrooms, and meticulous restoration of original architectural details paired with beautiful new wall finishes, light fixtures, furnishings, and landscaping. In addition to the unforgettable tour of this beautiful home, you will be able to enjoy Stoffer Home and Bradbury Cafe pop-up shops on-site at the house. But you also won't want to miss visiting the real Stoffer Home and Bradbury Cafe location during this festive weekend! We are hosting a two-day walk-through event on Friday, November 4, from 10 am-5 pm and Saturday, November 5 from 10 am-5 pm. Tickets are $25. All proceeds benefit The Potter's House* in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Jean Stoffer Design and Stoffer Home teams will be on-site to guide you through the home Tickets: Your ticket must be shown upon entry which will be regulated at the front door. Booties will be provided at the entrance. Each person attending requires a ticket. Your ticket shows your time slot, please arrive on time for your time slot so that the flow of guests is regulated as well as possible. You will have plenty of time to make it through the house! Tickets are not refundable. Please reach out to [email protected] if you have any questions about the event. Parking: You will be able to find parking at one of the following Aquinas College parking lots. There will also be signage at the entrances of these lots so that you can find them easily. Stoffer Home and The Bradbury will be open during the event hours on Friday from 10am-5pm and Saturday from 10 am-5pm for those who desire to visit before or after your Christmas House Walk time slot. Stoffer Home and The Bradbury are located at 714 Wealthy Street SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. Important notes: The house is not wheelchair accessible and bathrooms will not be open to the public. There will be a portable restroom outside. Many restaurants and coffee shops near Stoffer Home on Wealthy Street will be open. We will be hosting the event, rain or shine, so please dress accordingly as there may be a wait outdoors for a short period of time. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted. As a thank you for attending this event, you will receive 10% off our Stoffer Home pop-up shop on the day of the event (this does not apply to Stoffer Home purchases on Wealthy Street). *The Potter's House: The Potter’s House provides a Christ-centered education to children of all ethnic heritages and income levels, equipping them to serve God and society to their fullest potential.
