Saw lock off storage bin

We live near UNLV and the corner of maryland parkway and Flamingo We are on the 7th floor of a high security building with elevators. On our floor there is a room with storage bins. We used a round lock on our small storage bin, the kind of lock that storage places use that cannot be cut with a bolt cutter. We need someone with a power drill and saw bit to drill it off. We have seen it done at our storage units and it usually takes 3 or 4 minutes There is a power outlet 12 yards away in the hallway. please let us know how to get in touch and what you would charge. However there is no hurry.
