Looking for one dedicated person to come to senior citizens home, who suffers from osteoarthritis in the hands that will never get better. Initially starting two times a week to help with everything around the home. Initial schedule will start every Tuesday and Thursday for 4 hours each day, starting with NOON to 4 PM. Yes these hours can change, however this individual also works from their home office and gets most done from 7am to Noon and then works again at 5pm as that is 8am in Asia the next day. Please put Home Assistant in the subject line of your email with resume and picture. * Clean the complete home as the client has allergies * Wash dishes in diswasher and put away * Laundry & Ironing * Polish Silver * Water Potted Plants Inside and Outside Tuesdays & Thursday: 4 Hours Position can increase in the future to more days and hours per week depending on need and dependability of individual applying for this permanent position. Must be fluent in English. If English is not your primary language that is perfectly fine. However, you must be able to speak in English with just about the same as your ability to speak in your primary language. In other words, communication is a key factor to succeeding in this position for both the short and the long term. References for previous work that directly relates to this position is a great benefit. However, the main test will be for the applicant to walk thru the home and write down everything that needs improvement.
