dog lost wandering downtown!

Brown bully breed with blue collar. Wandering through downtown. Almost hit by cars several times. 😩 We tried to approach with treats and leash. He’s not having it. Last seen heading east up 4th towards Horton Plaza. Humane Society was called to try and help catch him. Someone is missing this beautiful boy! He seems very well cared for, but tired and scared. Praying he gets home!
