Here we go again. 11PM, Sugar, a mini Austrailian Shephard, Black and white with brown markings on face. She has no tail. She just took off across the field towards Schoolhouse Rd in Shartlesville. She does have a purple leash on her. She is chipped but no collar or tags. She is super skittish ( a kennel dog all her life). Bonnie John
