Volunteer director needed for bike valet startup

Bikevalet.org aka bike valet inc is seeking to find a third member for the board of directors so that we can complete the process of becoming a 501c3. Bikevalet.org mission is to promote indoor valet bike parking in place of outdoor bike racks. The goal is to have at least one storefront where indoor valet bike parking is featured. There will likely be liability insurance to cover the duties of the board of directors.
