B Line Construction is now hiring for MASTER FRAMER RESIDENTIAL DESCRIPTION: Must be able to lay out, detail, frame stack, cut stairs, plumb and line, cut a conventional roof. Must have knowledge of structural codes and reading prints and material take offs. Tools with truck and rack. Location: Sacramento, CA Description: 26 Year Construction company based in Sacramento specializing in fire reconstruction and repair of damaged residential and commercial properties is seeking MASTER FRAMER Various job duties, included but not limited to: -Framing -Drywall -Flooring -Painting -Plumbing -Electrical Projects involve - Insurance Reconstruction, Restoration and Emergency Board up services: Benefits Include: -Medical -Dental -Vision Requirements: -Must have at least five years' experience in construction -Commercial and residential references -Must have own tools -Basic power tool experience -Must have steel toe boots -OSHA 10 construction certified is a PLUS -Must be able to lift at least 50lbs -Comfortable with heights -Must pass criminal background check -Must pass drug screen -Must have reliable transportation -Must have a clean DMV record - Please include DMV report if you have one
