Are you a team leader? Do you have custodian leadership experience? A local College is looking for a custodian team lead. You will be working for a well know and respected college – giving you the pride of accomplishment for your part in maintaining this university. In this Union position you will leading your team to achieving the highest results possible. This will require the right candidate to have: • A high level of customer service experience • Attention to detail • Reliable – a record of being on time • Ability to coach your team to achieve these same results In this fast-paced environment -You need to be able to: • Perform all necessary job duties as well as train and coach your team – including vacuuming, mopping, polishing floors, dusting, taking trash out, cleaning bathrooms as well as all other custodial duties at a high level of customer service • Be able to stand, bend and lift to 50 pounds on an 8-hour shift - recognize any problems that your custodians are having The right candidate will have: • Commitment to working all scheduled shifts - ability to coach team members on committing to their shifts Do you have a proven record of success leading a custodial team?
