Description
There's a German Shepherd looking dog with a blue collar hanging around the area between East 3rd & Conhocton and somewhere over near Domino's.
It dragged an empty breadstick box into my backyard and was licking it. When it saw me, it took off down Watauga Avenue going Eastward.
Again, German Shepherd looking with a blue collar and kinda skittish.
