Bass Player and/or Drummer for Los Domingueros

Los Domingueros is seeking to fill in two positions for our rhythm section. Potential bass player must know how to keep the pocket and lock in with the drummer. Potential drummer must have experience practicing with a metronome and keep solid consistent time. Both positions must have reliable means of transportation and suitable gear for gigging. We’re looking for individuals that are friendly, open-minded, have the ability to take constructive criticism, and are committed to playing/practicing with us. Also, must have open availability to gig dates ranging from Thursday to Sunday. Later this fall we will be entering the studio to write and record more original material. Currently the band is playing extensively around the city ranging from private gigs, breweries, the Launchpad, out-of-city gigs, and even schools. We’re a Latin band that plays a variety of styles consisting of ska, punk, reggae, salsa, bachata, cumbia, and even metal. We have several original songs and also play covers from the genres above. We currently have a new single out entitled “Run with It,” a signature beer CHELA CHINGONA in collaboration with Turquoise Trail Brewing, and Los Domingueros merchandise for sale consisting of stickers, shirts, and ska sunglasses.
