Anyone experienced with dogs and looking for a job?! We are in search of a dog bather to join our salon! We will train the right candidate! My bathing crew works in a team of 4. Usually 2 in the tub/drying and 2 finishing (together). We put out high quality work and do not rush our work. We recognize the value of a good bather and absolutely reward that. Our bathers usually work 4 days a week about 32 hours a week. We try to keep our crew from burning out by helping with PTO, days off, four day work week, bonuses, surprises, etc. We need someone who is extremely friendly, talented, reliable, and motivated to join our team! We are looking for an experienced bather (or someone with experience working with dogs) that prefers to do quality over quantity style grooming. We use VERY high quality products which makes our job a heck of a lot easier in that regard. Our team is excellent, and I’d like to keep it that way. Drama is NOT going to be tolerated so looking for someone mature that is looking for a career in a business that WANTS to invest in their future.
Pay is very competitive so feel free to message me with questions regarding that. It is an hourly (plus tips) W2 position. We’re open Tuesday-Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm.
🚩THIS IS NOT A GOOD FIRST JOB! It is highly physically demanding!!!! You will be on your feet and moving most of the day. We do not play with puppies all day! We dodge teeth and poop (it’s happens 😂). We aim for perfection and safety. We do not hire anyone under the age of 18 or still in high school.
