Looking for long term company/person who has cleaning experience with long term Air BnB, rental move outs, renovation clean ups. You can set up you're own schedule for a bi-weekly cleanings with the long term Air BnBs. You'll have consistent work! Also, looking for someone that can inspect properties for any maintenance and can take good photos of the entire home and premises. Other requirements are listed below. Make your own schedule. We currently have multiple rental houses in Johnson City & Bristol that need service. If you or if you can service these areas, please contact me! Job Requirements: -Can take photos & upload using Google photos or Google drive -Change a light bulb, HVAC Filter, replace smoke detector batteries -Program coded lock at times -Attention to detail -Has own cleaning supplies -Organized Pay is TBD or roughly $20-25/hour or set price for each job.
