Home Care Services Technician Sign On Bonus! We specialize in historic restorations, renovations, additions, new construction, kitchens, and custom millwork of architecturally significant homes throughout Metro Boston and the South Shore. Position: Cutting Edge Homes is seeking a talented, motivated, and energetic Home Care Services Technician to join our growing Services Team. Applicants must share our passion for creating thoughtful, high quality homes built through a collaborative process with our clients and property services team. Interfacing with clients and subcontractors (As needed) Addressing any rapid response / emergency calls Troubles shooting, testing, and repairing Managing on-site installation, repair, and maintenance Collaborating with Property Maintenance Manager and or, the Construction Manager on project closeout checklist Oversight of Subcontractors and Vendors (As needed) Tracking and submitting weekly time details and work completed Coordinating and executing action items Procuring and purchasing materials Documenting finish conditions of property and work completed Seasonal walkthrough of the property for maintenance and repair recommendations Management of small projects from launch to completion Knowledge of Mechanical HVAC systems a plus Responsibilities: Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills Enjoy working in an exciting, energetic, and entrepreneurial environment Extremely well organized Develop effective relationships with customers, vendors, and other CEH team members Proficiency in all MS Office applications and Adobe (basic AutoCAD a plus) Strong aptitude for learning new computer systems Interest in Building Science, architecture, construction, and the on-going care of finely crafted homes Ability to work alone and take lead when necessary Experience with managing deadlines and handling multiple projects simultaneously Professional appearance and demeanor Clean driving record and reliable transportation Travel within metrowest, southshore to be expected Capable of highest level of client communication and upholding company standards Must have ground up, foundation to finish experience, knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, and a working knowledge of New England construction practices Being excited and enthusiastic to work in an environment where every detail matters and having a positive attitude is mandatory.
