Full time maintenance repairman $20+/hr. M-F MUST have valid Driver's license and reliable transportation. Winter Haven (Company vehicle can be up for discussion.) Must have experience in various fields of maintenance preferably including HVAC and electrical as responsibilities will include entering vacant properties to troubleshoot electric, paint, change toilets/sink faucets, flooring repairs, AND MORE.
