Full time maintenance repairman needed immediately in Winter Haven! $20+/hr. Monday-Friday Must have experience in various fields of maintenance preferably including HVAC and electrical as responsibilities will include entering vacant properties to troubleshoot electric, paint, change toilets/sink faucets, flooring repairs, AND MORE.
