We are currently expanding our business and seeking a Painter/Groundskeeper to join our team in Rosemount, MN. WORK SCHEDULE: • 8-Hour Shift, Full-time Days • Flexible Schedule WAGES: • $22.00 per hour base pay • Opportunities for overtime • Productivity Bonus Incentive! $3/hr additional is guaranteed within the first 90-days After 90 days, up to $6/hr additional for reaching production goals JOB DUTIES: • Paint equipment and machinery around the plant for better visibility • Assist in groundskeeping activities such as plant sweeping, snow removal, and lawn care • Safely operate rolling equipment such as forklifts, skid-steers, etc. • Assist maintenance and production personnel as directed during adverse conditions or line malfunctions • Wear all required personal protective equipment and clothing • Follow safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe work environment around moving equipment and hot metal QUALIFICATIONS: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Ability to work extended periods of time in heat and cold as dictated by outside temperatures • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally (team lift) • Ability to pass a background check, physical and drug screen • Positive attitude and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team • Forklift experience is a plus, but not required OUR TOTAL REWARDS OFFERING: • Medical, dental, life, and disability insurance • Paid Time Off, including your Birthday! • Paid holidays • 401(K) with match • Annual clothing allowance and much more!
