We are currently seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior and exterior of our company premises. We'll rely on you to keep our facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs. Deft hands and technical knowledge are a must for this position! You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job. Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Perform maintenance and light repairs Perform routine landscaping on the grounds Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks, etc.) Undertake light installation or carpentry tasks (e.g. cabinet building) Repair equipment or appliances Identify and report need for major repairs Assist work performed by outside contractors as necessary (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) Undertake additional duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shoveling snow) ​Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity and experience with maintenance tools and electrical equipment Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems Basic math skills Good communication ability Ability to handle physical workload Well-organized and apt in problem solving Deadline and detail-oriented High school diploma or equivalent Pay based on experience.
