Mathias-F&C is looking for a project manager for our Door & Frame Division in our Denver office. This individual will walk and quote small door, frame, and hardware projects in the Greater-Denver-Area. The individual will also order materials necessary for their accepted projects, build schedules, manage client relationships, manage a team of technicians, and build invoices when the project is done. This individual will also work directly with our Denver General Contracting Estimator to analyze contracts for accepted bids, help build project submittals, and schedule the team to do the accepted work. Individual must have a strong knowledge of the commercial door, frame, and hardware industry. They must also be personable, be competent in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Xcel, Outlook, be capable of learning new computer programs, be very organized, and be detailed oriented.
