I'm looking for someone to help out with some miscellaneous work at my properties. I have a couple of unoccupied rental condos and houses that need some work. A deck to be stained, a couple of bedrooms to be painted, upgrading some fixtures, etc. If interested, I have a couple of bigger jobs, upgrading a couple of bathrooms and kitchens.
