Rental Inspection Technician We are searching for a full-time technician to assess and document rental properties. Our ideal candidate aligns with our companies’ high integrity and good ethical values. Work is valley wide and a company vehicle will be provided during working hours. Responsibilities: • Visit residential properties to conduct comprehensive inspections and document findings using photos, videos, reports etc. • Inspect homes after recent evictions, move outs, and at time of new lease • Inspection to include all fixtures, appliances, flooring, windows, doors, walls and exterior. • Confirm electrical and plumbing are operative • Relay inspection findings in a timely manner • Possible board up of empty units Requirements • Home inspection experience preferred but not required • Must be willing to inspect homes in low-income areas • Exceptional attention to detail • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • General knowledge of basic home systems and handyman skills • Current U.S. driver’s license Pay: $20 - $25 DOE Benefits: Benefits package available after 90-day probation period.
