Looking for part time childcare in house

Hello I am looking for part time childcare in Ventura at my house to watch over a 15 month old baby girl from 8am-12pm Tuesday-Fridays. Looking for female applicants only, ages 40-65 preferable. We have a small dog in the house so must be ok with pets. Must have own transportation and punctual and reliable.15-20$/hour. Uncertain about exact start date but probably in the next month or two.
