My friend has lost her little black male poodle. He had on a blue collar with a rabies tag. He was lost near North main Street in Massena. There have been reports of a silver car with gold New York license plate, that may have picked up the dog and drove off with it. You can call the Massena shelter, or you can contact me here. this poor lady has lost her son and her husband, and her little dog is very loving, and means the world to her.
