Avail Nov 1, 2022 Rent: $250-$500 mth/plus 1/2 utilities (gas heat), electric/wifi/water inclu, depending on size / area desired -Located in Burlington's South End Arts & Industry District -funky old factory building -3rd floor -Nice natural light -Shared sink down the hall. Bathroom downstairs -Set up as a painting and teaching space (for kids, adults etc...) -great coffee shop and restos nearby -creative vibe of small businesses et all in building and surrounding area I'm a painter and teach art & French. Tables/chairs/easels available to use. Small fridge and microwave to share. I will not be teaching much until the end of June in there. Will be painting.
