Lakeside Pools and Spas is a rapidly growing company in the swimming pool construction and landscape markets. We are becoming an influential leader in the swimming pool industry and a destination workplace through service toward our external and internal Customers. Our success is the direct result of holding true to a business philosophy different than most other businesses. We are currently looking to add an experienced Pool Service Technician to our team. Previous experience as well as a proven track record of exceptional customer service and communication skills preferred. Responsibilities - Promote the core values of our company including exceptional customer service - Perform all required cleaning and maintenance on assigned client's pool, spa, and water features - Manage and track required chemicals and parts - Complete daily reports of work performed on our pool service app. Chemical levels observed, water treatments performed and reporting back to supervisor on any issues relating to the operation of the pool, spa and/or water feature and related equipment. Qualifications - 1-2 years minimum experience preferred - Clean AZ MVD driving record. Due to insurance requirements, must be 21 or older - Preferred overall pool knowledge, startups a plus, ability to program Pentair equipment helpful Physical Abilities - Requires the ability to perform work of an active nature - Must be able to walk and stand for sustained periods of time - Capable to manipulate heavy weights of up to 50 pounds - Work in various positions including but not limited to stooping, standing, bending over, squatting, kneeling.
