Hound/shepherd mix free to a good home

I adopted a 3 yr old female hound/shepherd mix from the shelter and I'm not sure how to train her. She chews on shoes and things left out. She is house trained, walks on a leash, is perfect with kids and dogs. Her name is Lady and she is very sweet and snuggly. Sad to lose her but I don't have the experience or time to train her.
