Join us for a fun evening of Buti yoga and off body hooping. This is a two hour event that will get our bodies moving!
We will kick off with an hour of Buti yoga led by Makayla to warm up the body and challenge us with new forms of movement. We will then move into an intro of off body hooping where Cassidy teaches us the basics and gives us the opportunity to master a few tricks of our own. Each participant will receive a goodie bag with samples of some of our favorite local, natural health and wellness products.
