Maltipoo for rehoming READ!!!

I have a maltipoo I can not take care of. She is a sweet girl but refuses to go outside to use the bathroom. She will go outside and come back inside and use the bathroom. I can't take this anymore. She lives a good life bc she has a heart condition, were she faints when super excited..there is a surgery but to expensive for me...so she always go to the vet she gets groomed but now she refuses to go outside. She wants to go outside and play but refuses to use the bathroom outside. I'm sorry I just can't deal with this anymore. I have spent soooo much money on her I'm defeated. If you feel you can take care of her contact me. She likes to cuddle and play so I need someone who will give her that attention. She is a sweet girl but for 2 years I been going through this.
