Description
Local steel fabrication facility looking to hire hard workers at every position. We are needing welders, fitters, shop helpers, and machine operators. This is not a short term or temp job. Employment is permanent with medical and vacation benefits after 90 day probation period. We are looking for hard working problem solvers to join our tight knit team. Experience is preferred, but not necessary, as we will train the right candidate. What is necessary, however, is a good work ethic, a can-do attitude, and the ability to show up to work on time on a daily basis. Work hours are Monday-Friday 6am to 430 pm with additional overtime offered on an as needed basis. Pay is $15-22 per hour based on skill level with a raise after 90 days depending on performance.
