Found these two dogs

Was driving home and seen these two dogs i chased them all around dewey for about an hour until i loser them they have been all over the side street of dewey and seem to stick in that area, they are really skinny they seem sick the black one used the bathroom and got it all over his leg, they are not very trusting i got the black one to eat out of my hand but the second he took one bite he ran away. i believe if u catch the tan one the black one will come along they don’t seem to leave eachother but i’m hoping this reaches their owners and i can try and help u find them again i did call a couple shelters to try and come catch them like verona
