New Construction Residential Roofing Project Manager: The Project Manager will work primarily in the field to coordinate and oversee the completion of all facets of roofing projects while ensuring that all work is performed safely and maintaining a high level of quality. An ideal candidate possesses strong communication, customer service, and time management skills. An understanding of residential roofing is preferred but we are willing to train the right individual. This position does require a background check and a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license, as a company vehicle will be provided. Responsibilities and Duties are as follows: * Oversee work crews to ensure a safe work environment is being maintained as well as quality work performance. * Daily and Monthly Meetings with Subcontractors. * Quality Control and Final Inspections of roofing installations. * OSHA Inspections. * Meet with Builders to resolve any issues that arise. * Complete Weekly and Monthly Reports. * Take Photos of Finished Homes and Town Homes and upload to company network. Minimum Requirements • Able to carry, set and climb a ladder for roof inspections • Highly Organized • Detail Oriented • Not afraid of heights • Willingness to learn • Able to lift 80Lbs • The ability to speak and understand Spanish is preferred, but not required.
