Just had his nails filed. he will step up and once he is fully relaxed he does enjoy head scratches. Was handfed but is shy. only is 4 months. He needs time to bond with you and he will love you for life! My current cockatiel does not like him. his cage has seed guards. i took them off when i cleaned. 375 for everything
