Seeking an independent cleaning person to clean my popular 2 bedroom/ 2bathroom cabin in big bear lake. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, an excellent communicator, enjoy cleaning and be reliable.
I will pay hourly at $30/hr for 4 to 5 hours per cleaning. I do not want a cleaning service that’s comes in for an hour or two and takes the laundry. Cleaning requires: putting laundry to wash and dry, change all used bedding, scrub and sanitize bathrooms and kitchen, clean out drains and toilets, clean and wipe all surfaces, clean out refrigerator, clean sofas, vacuum and mop all floors, check exterior and organize exterior, FaceTime walk through and take and send pictures upon completion. Hours are generally 11am to 3pm - 4pm, approximately once a week. When no guests are scheduled, deep cleaning and or exterior work can be done.
I will provide cleaning products and supplies.
