Handyman – Property Management ( Part Time ) A veteran owned property management company is looking for a dynamic and energetic handyman who has experience in property management maintenance. This important position will be responsible for our typical handyman work such as tenant turnovers and maintenance requests. Our pay is throughout San Diego County. Position Requirements: • MUST HAVE MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE • Current experience in property management industry • Strong customer service skills a must • Painting • Drywall patching and texture • Light plumbing work • Light electrical work • Repair/replace window treatments • Window screen repairs • Carpentry and framing • Computer and printer at home for work order processing • Reliable transportation and cell phone is required • Use Google Calendar for Scheduling Compensation • Hourly Rate: $30/hour • Available up to 40hrs/wk • Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm – Some Saturday work FOR CONSIDERATION PLEASE RESPOND WITH YOUR RESUME
