City Wide Property Services, Inc. currently has an opening for a Maintenance Technician II to join our expanding team in the Sacramento area! For over two decades, City Wide has been a trusted partner for ownership, and property & facility managers throughout California, providing commercial properties with first-class maintenance and service repairs. Electrical Trade: -Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs, including the following: -All styles of ballasts, including replacement and battery packs -Lighting control panels, including changing times, photocell replacement, and testing -Lighting fixtures, including installation within the drywall, T-bar, and masonry wall -Run rigid, EMT, and PVC conduits -Test voltage, amperage, continuity, and temperature -Replace breakers Plumbing Trade: -Replace parts for flushometers and gravity-fed toilets -Evaluate and repair/replace P-traps and faucets of all kinds -Replace wall water outlets, angel stops, and water heaters -Repair PVC, copper, ABS, brass, and PEX pipe -Perform work such as auger lines and troubleshooting Other Trades/Skills: -Carpentry -Drywall -Concrete -T-bar/drop ceiling -Painting -Qualifications *Extensive level electrical and plumbing experience in a commercial building repair/facilities environment *Analytical and computer skills *Clean Driving Record (MVR is required) *Able to work extra hours and/or changed schedules as needed to fulfill customer requests *Clean and neat appearance *Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities *Physically capable of performing all job duties, including the ability to lift at least 50 lbs. *High school diploma *Lift Certificate is preferred but not required PLEASE ATTACH YOUR RESUME WHEN INQUIRING ABOUT THE POSITION.
