Looking for a respectful & genuine Musician who is in need of a fully loaded recording space seeking to partner up. I mix & produce so hoping to find someone where we can compliment each other creatively while forming a lasting successful business relationship. This is def. a special opportunity for the right individual who wants to be recorded & play non-stop in a professional environment. A monthly rate can be discussed along with scheduling so that we can both work independently & together on projects. You would have access to all the gear & me to record you on a weekly basis included in the rent. The main goal is that we both benefit mutually while providing each other a cheaper overall monthly payment. Hope to hear back & work with you soon! FYI: I would love to work with a singer-songwriter or synth focused individual. Due to the fact I really want to start focusing on sound track material. Updated: $1000 a month will get you 3 solid days a week w/ me available 12pm-12am to record/mix/master your music.
