I am not a fitness instructor, I am not a motivational speaker, I am not a health expert.
I am someone who exercises and diets to improve self. I will be working out every Sunday morning at 6am in Oriole Park by the hill. I will bring a jump rope, two 35lb kettle bells and some elastics for resistance training. We will do push ups, sit ups and utilize what the park has to offer. $10 per session. Cash/zelle or venmo
I will work out too.
I'm not a spectator.
We will work out for one hour
Our main goal is to sweat and put in the work
