8 month old Basset Hound for rehoming

I have an 8 month old pure bred Basset Hound whom I unfortunately need to rehome. He is truly a good dog but he lacks proper training. He uses the bathroom outside most of the time but is not fully potty trained despite my best efforts. He is neutered and fully up to date on all his vaccinations. It's been a really hard decision but due to my living situation and current schedule, I feel he would be better off with someone in better circumstances. He absolutely adores people and thinks he is a lap dog despite his size lol. He is jealous of other animals, so he would be best off with a family with no other animals. I will not give this sweet boy to just anyone. He is a precious life who deserves a good forever home. A home that can work with his needs and provide him with the training he needs.
