Looking for general contractors for a commercial building renovation

We run a daycare/preschool and we recently leased a standalone commercial office building in Lake City to turn it into a daycare. We initially hired a construction team and some work were done and then we decided to fire them because they were breaching our contract. We need to install fire sprinkler, fire alarm, playground, Ada ramp, Ada lift (already paid for by us, we will install it separately), firewall. They quoted us for 350k, and we spent 160k already with some work done. We are looking for a general contractor who are experienced in commercial building renovation, preferably someone who worked on preschool before, to take over.
