We are currently hiring for multiple warehouse associates positions including loaders, pullers, wrappers, cross dock, and selectors. Many 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunities are available. If you are interested in applying for this position, please $500 Sign On Bonus (until October 31, 2022) Associate will be paid out as follows $125 – 80hrs worked / $125 – 160hrs worked / $250 – 320hrs worked. New Hires only eligible for bonus. $200 Referral Bonus To receive $200 referral bonus, the referred candidate MUST work at least 160 hours and you must be working at the time that the referred candidate has completed their 160 hours to receive bonus payment. When applying the referred candidates MUST write who referred them (YOUR NAME) on the referred by section of the application for tracking and verification purposes. Only one referral award can be issued per candidate. If a candidate is referred by more than one current employee, the first referral received will be the employee awarded the bonus if candidate is assigned to work. These positions are at a national food distribution warehouse located in Lacey, WA. There is a climate-controlled cold section of the warehouse. These positions consist of loading and securely wrapping orders to be delivered to local grocery stores. As an Order Pullers, you will fulfill daily store orders to be shipped to local grocery stores. Orders must be picked accurately while maintaining required production numbers. You will work within a large warehouse and utilize an electronic pallet jack consistently thought-out your shift. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Ensure all pulled product matches order you are given.  Pullers must ensure orders are placed on pallets correctly and safely  Must ensure all pallets are wrapped correctly  Ensure pallets are labeled correctly Minimal Requirements:  Able to work independently  Strong commitment to customer service.  Able to pay close attention to detail, meets deadlines, and work with difficult task  assignments.  Good communication skills with co-workers and client.
