Hiring a NIGHT SHIFT assistant demolition manager to travel & assist the Owner in managing interior demolition projects. Responsible to lead our night shift team when we are performing projects. Tool & equipment accountability at beginning and end of each shift Disperse company funds at end of each shift to make sure the team is paid Provide onsite guidance and assist team with perform scope of work in accordance with scope of work. Ensure of consistent job site safety & job site cleanup at end of each shift. This is a NIGHT SHIFT role! We travel throughout the Midwest to do our projects. Experience as a manager is required. (Any industry) I will train you how to lead a project successfully 2 -3 consecutive days back home in between each project. Most projects range from 4-7 consecutive days. I provide all tools and equipment, & supplies required to execute the project. I pay at the end of each project. For multi week projects, I pay every Friday I cover travel costs to and from jobs and lodging expenses, via your own hotel room. Again, I’m looking for someone who is experienced as a LEADER that is available for night shift. This is a $65-75k per year opportunity. When you run your own projects and have a night shift manager working with you, this is a 100k per year opportunity.
