Rehoming Female Cat

I am looking to rehome my 4 year old female cat Luna. She has been struggling here since our older male cat passed over a year ago. We did get a second cat (another female) and they just do not get along. We have tried everything and been to the vet for advise but it's been a year now and they still hate each other. I would rehome the other cat and keep Luna however my daughter has become very attached to the other cat and Luna while tolerates the children would probably be happier without them. Luna is a shy cat and can take a bit to warm up to people, however she's happy to sit near by and will sneak up for some loves once in a while. She's spayed and up to date on all vaccinations and has been an indoor cat and would prefer to stay that way. I think she'd like to be an only cat or would possibly pair well with an older male cat as that worked for her in the past.
