Redwood Coast Cabins and RV Resort and Shoreline RV Park require a full-time maintenance worker and landscaper.
Primary duties include landscaping, minor repairs, and spa and pool management. Position will work in tandem with park staff and property managers to identify and prioritize maintenance needs aimed at improving guest experience at the park.
Experience with basic plumbing repair and power tools is preferred. Valid driver's license is required. Ideal candidates will be punctual, able to work independently, flexible, and accountable.
General Duties will include, but not be limited to:
-Landscaping, including mowing, trimming, and planting
-Site and grounds upkeep
-Basic Plumbing Repairs
-Painting and staining
-Fence Maintenance/Building
-Basic electrical knowledge
-Daily pool upkeep (May-October, training provided)
Compensation begins at a minimum of $20.00 per hour, depending on applicant's experience and skill set, with great opportunity for increase in wages as well as potential to advance within company.
80% discounted space rental at the RV Park and/or managed residential units are also available to applicants upon acceptance of job.
