Lost Wallet-Brown Leather lost on Foothill near Safeway

Lost my wallet Sept 28th around 9:30 pm. Has some items of sentimental value inside(no cash value) and would love to have it returned. It is brown and and leather. Has my ID inside and some cards(all deactivated so they also have no value). Name on ID corresponds to initials D.W. If found please contact and drop off at Safeway lost and found or police(whichever is most convenient.) Thank you! Again it was lost near Safeway on foothill blvd in Hayward and should be near the area unless someone removed it. NOTE- my last posts were flagged after offering a reward so I won’t put it in the title? But if returned we will be sure to thank you. Really need these items back!
