San Francisco Wine School's 11th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, November 12, 2022, hosted by co-owners, David Glancy, MS, CWE and Kristin Campbell, CPA, CWAS. You won't want to miss our ever popular sommelier olympics, luxury wines from all over the world and a silent auction full of unique wine items and experiences you won't find anywhere else! Guests will arrive to a bubbles and bites reception to kick things off. Then we'll all cheer and taste alongside this year's competitors, Paul Carayas, Wine Director for Michelin Star Chez TJ in Mountain View and Lindsey Young, Lead Sommelier for Michelin Star Selby's Restaurant in Menlo Park. They'll go head to head in our annual blind tasting competition, wine trivia challenge, and wine service race. The evening will culminate with the ultimate food pairing competition. The competing sommeliers will carefully select and present their perfect pairings for a multi-course meal, and it's up to you to choose your favorite. All event and auction proceeds will benefit the Glancy Wine Education Foundation, providing scholarships for low income and minority students looking to start or advance a career in wine or hospitality.
