Dynasty Properties is currently hiring a full time Maintenance Tech. This is a 40 hour a week position with paid holidays, paid vacations with full Medical, Dental, Optical and life insurance. Please read below...
1. Must have a valid Drivers License
2. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
3. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
4. Previous experience in Multi family housing and/or construction is helpful, on the job training available.
5. Should have own basic tools, all specialty tools are provided.
6. Must be able to work Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm with rotating on call duties.
7. Hourly pay is completely based on experience and that is determined at the time of the interview.
